BRYKO offers products related to its brand (clothing, accessories or other commercial items).

To place an order the user must:

- Add to cart
- Enter shipping data
- Confirm payment method
- Finish order
The customer will receive confirmation by e-mail.
BRYKO reserves the right to cancel orders due to obvious pricing errors or lack of stock.

7. Shipping

- With original packaging
The cost of return shall be borne by the customer unless the product is defective.
9. Returns for defective product
In case of defective product or shipping error, BRYKO will assume the cost of return and replacement.
The customer must notify us within 48 hours of receipt.
10. Warranty
The products have a 3-year legal warranty in accordance with current Spanish regulations.
It does not cover damage due to improper use or normal wear and tear.
11. Data protection
Personal data will be treated in accordance with the Privacy Policy available on the website.
12. Responsibility
BRYKO shall not be liable for:
- Misuse of products
- Indirect damages
- Technical interruptions of the website
13. Applicable Legislation
These conditions are governed by Spanish law.
In case of dispute, it shall be submitted to the Courts and Tribunals of the consumer's domicile.
